Solar electrical and earthing items carry and protect the power a system makes: MC4 connectors and DC wire on the panel side, a DCDB box between the strings and the inverter, an ACDB box and AC wire from the inverter to the building's board, and copper bonded earthing rods and lightning arresters to send faults and strikes to earth. The range covers pre-wired ACDB and DCDB boxes of all types from 32 A to 300 A, MC4 connectors in 1000 V and 1500 V, and copper AC and DC wire in 2.5, 4 and 6 sq mm, with aluminium AC wire too. For earthing, there are 17 mm copper-bonded rods in 1, 2 and 3 m lengths and 1 m lightning arresters with a PVC base and five spikes.

What electrical items does a rooftop solar system need?
On the DC side: MC4 connectors, solar DC wire and a DCDB box. On the AC side: an ACDB box and AC wire to the building's board. For safety: earthing rods for the earth pits and a lightning arrester. We supply all of these, so one order can cover the whole list.
Are the ACDB and DCDB boxes pre-wired?
